Situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Jebres in Surakarta, Arjes Kitchen is not just an Indonesian restaurant; it’s a culinary adventure waiting to be discovered. With a delightful blend of local flavors and comforting dishes, this eatery offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for dining solo or hanging out with friends.

As you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by the minimalist and aesthetic interior that sets the stage for a relaxed dining experience. Large enough to accommodate both individuals and groups, the ambiance is light and inviting—ideal for enjoying a casual meal or celebrating special occasions, which many customers like Azzam Abdullah mentioned in their reviews.

Arjes Kitchen specializes in an extensive variety of dishes, blending both Asian and Western fare. Highlighted on their menu are quick-serve delights such as fried rice and batagor, perfect for a quick bite. For those looking for something heartier, the chicken katsu and spaghetti katsu promise satisfaction, though some, like Ahmad Rizqi Ramadhan, have noted variability in serving times, especially for these more complex dishes.

Imagine sinking your teeth into the crispy coating of a chicken katsu, paired with a side of perfectly cooked, crunchy broccoli that adds a burst of flavor. Although the spaghetti carbonara may not have hit the mark for everyone, the overall menu offers a plethora of options that ensure there's something for every palate. Prices are incredibly student-friendly, ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 rupiah, making it a fantastic choice for those on a budget, as highlighted by Muhammad Yusuf Choirul.

As you enjoy your meal, take note of the light music that provides a pleasant backdrop. Though it may repeat during your stay, it adds a charming touch to the experience, enhancing the warm atmosphere that Arjes Kitchen cultivates. With ample parking for both bikes and cars, accessibility is never a concern, and the semi-indoor setting allows you to enjoy fresh air while remaining comfortable.

Whether you’re looking for a good meal at an affordable price, a place to unwind, or to celebrate a momentous occasion, Arjes Kitchen stands out as a noteworthy dining establishment in Surakarta. As Indyana Meitayoga aptly noted, this is a place where good food comes with a side of relaxation, making it a must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

Pretty comfortable place to eat and hang out. Good food and affordable price. A few foods that's quicker to serve: fried rice, batagor, Tori Donburi rice. Some foods that took longer to serve: chicken katsu, spaghetti katsu. I didn't quite like the taste of its spaghetti carbonara. There's a short playlist of music, it just repeats a couple times in on sitting.

I ordered a chicken barbeques and its sauce was a bit runny but still good. The crispy broccoli was crunchy and tasty. They provide parking lot for bikes and cars. It's a semi indoor place so you won't find a room with AC.

The place is comfortable and big. Many food and beverage choices. The price is not too expensive, suitable for students. There is a choice of Asian or Western food. I highly recommend this place. Price ranges from 5000 to 25000 rupiah

Nice place. Good food. Good price. I usually got here for celebrate something important. A lot has been changed after 4 years. Now they have a spacious and comfortablr praying room. The prices risen.. hehe. Not that expensive but i believe now they are more leaning toward mid-high pricing range the music is still good. But no more projection now. Anyway. A good one. I put the menu on my photo All in all. Still worth it.

Kind of cozy restaurant with many kinds of menus. They provide many seats with different types, they also have baby chair, which is good (it's in college area but still consider the possibility for family customers). The building has good air circulation. It's large enough, 2 floors. The foods are tasteful, but I don't really like the beverages.

Actually the place is good but sadly the food is lil bit tasteless. I think with looking to the price, it still possible to increase the taste of your food. The place is spacious, there is also a prayer room which is so comfy. You can also watching a football match here with other cust. I think the place is not suitable for doing your assignments because it is quite noisy and hot
